The 'betaturn' class consists of the steps of\ncommunity dissimilarity matrix generation, matrix conversion,\ndifferential test and visualization. The workflow of 'taxaturn'\nclass includes the taxonomic abundance calculation, abundance\ntransformation, abundance change summary, statistical analysis\nand visualization. Multiple statistical approaches can\ncontribute to the analysis of microbial turnover.",
